This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your orders, estimated timeframes, costs, and other shipping-related terms.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays (e.g. stock shortages), we’ll notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
    • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
    • EU Delivery: 5–10 business days
    • International Delivery (outside UK/EU): 7–21 business days

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO, APO, FPO) in certain countries.
  • Countries subject to international sanctions or restrictions.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@digdrum.com.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.

7. Click & Collect (if applicable)

  • If we offer a local collection option, details will be provided at checkout.
  • Collection orders must be picked up within 14 days.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed once shipped.
  • To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@digdrum.com.
